Most platforms hand you a list and let you sort through it. We work the other way around. We get to know what fits you, then our property partner presents one apartment matched to your profile. You spend a week with it. Then we decide together.
Why we work this way
It's a 20 to 30 year financial commitment that touches your taxes, your financing, and your retirement plan.
More options don't make that decision better. They usually make it harder.
Our job is to make the process simple. Our property partner only ever looks at apartments that meet strict investment criteria: location quality, building condition, rental yield, financing structure. By the time anything reaches you, a lot of properties have already been filtered out.
So the question is never whether the apartment is good. Every apartment that reaches you is. The question is whether it fits you: your budget, your horizon, your appetite for risk, and what you want this investment to do in your life.

We learn what fits you. Budget. Preferred locations. How you want to finance. Holding horizon. Your view on tenants, management, risk. By the end of the call, we know enough for our property partner to put together a match.

On our side
Our property partner goes through current opportunities and selects the one that fits your profile. We share the full picture: purchase price, projected rental income, financing scenario, location analysis, and the reasoning behind it.
Step 3
1 week
Read the file. Picture the tenant. Picture the financing payments. Picture yourself owning this for the next 20 years. Write down everything that comes up. Questions, doubts, anything that doesn't sit right.
Step 4
Together
We talk through your reactions together. From here, two paths. Either we move forward, and we walk you through what comes next, including documents, viewing, and reservation. Or we bring up the next options from our property partner live, in the same session, until one fits.

From matching call to decision: about a week. From decision to signed reservation: another one to two weeks, depending on financing. We move at the pace of careful, not slow.
We move into the financing and notary phase. You'll have a clear sequence of next steps: document upload, the bank process handled by our financing partner, viewing, reservation, notary, and we guide you through each one.
