What Financemate costs
Financemate costs the investor nothing. There is no buyer commission, no subscription, and no paywall. Every calculator, the marketplace, and every call in the process are free, and the tools need no account. Financemate is paid a commission by the seller, usually the developer, when a property sells. That is the only way Financemate earns.

How Financemate earns
When a property sells, the seller pays a commission and Financemate receives a share of it. The price you pay for a property is the same with or without Financemate. Financemate does not sell financial products, does not earn a fee from what it suggests, and does not charge the buyer.
Financemate is a facilitator (Tippgeber). Our property partner sources and vets the properties, our financing partner handles the bank process, and a licensed tax advisor (Steuerberater) handles tax strategy. Financemate provides the tools, the numbers, and the coordination.
Questions about cost
- What does Financemate cost?
- Nothing. Financemate is free for the investor: no buyer commission, no subscription, no paywall, and no account needed for the tools. All calls in the process are free too. Financemate is paid a commission by the seller, usually the developer, when a property sells.
- Is there a catch, or a paid tier later?
- No. There is no paid tier and no upsell. The calculators, the marketplace, the Financial Opportunity Scan, and every call are free, and they stay free. You never give a payment method to Financemate.
- Do I pay more for a property because Financemate is involved?
- No. The price of the property is the same with or without Financemate. The seller pays a commission on the sale either way, and Financemate receives a share of it.
- Do I need an account to use the calculators?
- No. Every calculator on financemate.de runs without a signup and without a payment method. An account is only useful when you want to save scenarios and follow a property through the process.
- Who pays for the financing and tax help?
- You do not pay Financemate for either. Our financing partner handles the bank process, and a licensed tax advisor (Steuerberater) handles tax strategy. Where those licensed partners charge their own fee, they tell you before you commit to anything.
