Fee-based Financial Investment Advisor (Honorar-Finanzanlagenberater) according to Section 34h (1) of the Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung; GewO)
My license covers the provision of advice on units or shares in domestic open-end investment funds, open-end EU investment funds or foreign open-end investment funds that may be distributed in accordance with the German Investment Code (in accordance with Section 34f (1) No. 1 GewO).
Insurance Broker (Versicherungsmakler) according to Section 34d (1) of the Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung; GewO)
My activity as an insurance broker also includes advice in insurance matters. In general, I base my advice on a wide range of insurance products offered on the market as well as a wide range of insurers.
Should this not be feasible in a particular case, I will expressly point out the limited basis for my advice before you submit your contractual declaration.
The financial planning sessions are intended to give you an overview of your financial situation and your financial goals. Calculating your pension gap is based on a number of assumptions as well as my best understanding of your existing products, your circumstances and the quality of your input. The pension gap should be seen as a rough approximate objective rather than a precise figure.
The initial consultation is always free of charge. This way we can both check without obligation whether and in which form a cooperation makes sense for you.
During the brokerage process, the information broker provides advice in accordance with legal requirements and receives a commission and, where applicable, a service fee from the product provider for the successful brokerage of an insurance contract. The intermediary brokers insurance products from a large number of different insurers. The remuneration, commission and benefits agreed with each insurance company vary in amount. The intermediary receives additional remuneration in the form of allowances. These are included in the insurance premium and therefore do not have to be paid separately by the customer. In addition, the information provider can agree with the customer on a combination of commission and fee, or only the fee as remuneration. The fee must then be paid separately by the customer. This will depend on the wishes and needs of the customer and the insurance products that may be brokered. In addition to the fee, the distribution partner may also receive so-called non-monetary benefits from third parties, such as information material, training, etc. All benefits may be accepted and kept by the Distributor as remuneration. There is no right to surrender according to §§ 667, 675 BGB.
The Broker Register is a public online register administered by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry for insurance intermediaries, financial investment intermediaries, fee-based financial investment advisors and real estate loan brokers. It provides free public access to information on those professionals, in particular the possibility to verify their license/permission.My registrations can be checked by entering the following registration numbers at www.vermittlerregister.info/en or by calling +49 30 20 30 80.
